What I do at Yahoo: My job is to find and broker new strategic search partnerships.
What I love about Search: I love the efficiency of Search advertising and the utility Search drives for the end user. There’s a wealth of information available, and Search has become an invaluable part of daily lives. I’m really excited to be a part of the next iteration of Search at Yahoo.
When I’m not working you can find me____: I’m a family man, so when I’m not working, I’m working, and I love it. Currently I’m teaching my two young sons how to ski (even though I snowboard). I’m a huge fan of the outdoors. Living in the Pacific NW I’m lucky to have easy access to beaches, wine country, and mountains for year round fun.
Favorite Yahoo product (past or present): Present: Yahoo Finance, hands down. Use it daily. Past: News Digest (app that summarized the news twice a day; once in the AM, once in the PM).
When I’m working I’m listening to: I have very eclectic musical tastes. There’s not much I don’t like. From The Offspring to Ice Cube, Frank Ocean to Nirvana, Lil Nas X to Hank Williams III. If it’s good, it’s good, no matter the genre. For podcasts, if I’m looking to get smart through an economic lens, Freakonomics Radio is hard to beat.
